What do you like best about Introhive?

I like how it is able to scrub all our contacts in pull in company info and show us our relationships between them. An upside to it is that it has the potential to push valuable contact data into a call to action within our own backyard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introhive?

The dislike is that the portal seems to be a bit underwhelming at first. Feel like the look and feel can be improved to be a bit more streamlined with minimal clicks and drives action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some problems I see is that it relies a lot on the business development but our company is a bit top heavy with the users not having time to really develop the business application. What do you like best about Introhive?

Have worked with Introhive for a couple of years now, integrated with our CRM system, and their ongoing support is superb. Always there when needed or a development idea comes to mind. From day one Introhive have worked with us to ensure we understand what information is pulling from where. They have enabled us to identify alumni relationships with an 'inactive' suffix and recently worked to exclude all of our Paris office as required from our legal team/Paris bar. What do you like best about Introhive?

Visualization of the relationships our company has with the outside world. Many times we don't even "know who we know" or who different colleagues speak to... Introhive uncovers these hidden relations and conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup wasn't always smooth and there was some back and forth to get it going. At the same time, Introhive support is incredibly responsive and helpful to get everything fixed as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Introhive?

With Introhive, you can leverage colleague relationships and quickly prepare for client meetings. After your meeting, you can capture notes and create follow-up activities to keep records of progress with your client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introhive?

Ad hoc meetings are a bit of a challenge as the product has to scan the Outlook server to sync meetings, and you likely wouldn't book an informal meeting after it already occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Introhive has helped us identify a large volume of Contacts that lived in our sales teams Outlook accounts that we didn't have in our CRM. Introhive is so efficient at collecting data, it can sometimes collect more than you would like it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engagement of lawyers with CRM is notoriously poor. They are time poor, and not always very interested in recording who they see and what they said, and because they do it so infrequently, they never get very skillful in operating the necessary software application. Introhive removes all those barriers to data entry enabling lawyers and their support teams to focus more on analysing and utilising the data collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Introhive?

We have configured Introhive with LEK Exchange server but we have not yet set it up with Salesforce. Looking forward to the benefits that Introhive will provide to our business users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Introhive?

The pre-meeting/post-meeting digests have such potential. Too bad it is utterly impossible to use the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Introhive support is a misery. We cannot ever get what we need in terms of reasonable solutions that make sense for data management. The errors that users are getting are enormous and incomprehensible for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
