What do you like best about Introhive?

Introhive implementation and CRM integration was a breeze.

Our Customer Success Manager and the support team are absolutely the best! They are very responsive and our manager is super proactive and reaches out to us frequently to make sure everything is working as intended. You can tell he truly wants us to succeed and get the most out of this fantastic tool.

What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Introhive is saving us an enormous amount of time on manual data entry and research. We can easily mass sync contacts with our CRM and append the relationship score and top connection info to any report in our CRM. What do you like best about Introhive?

Introhive relationship iFrame in CRM is our key selling point when promoting CRM to our users.

Introhive digests are also perceived very well, especially by on-boarding lawyers who want to know more about clients, engagement and relationships we hold with them.

We capture meetings retrospectively through Introhive and it's great that lawyers just need to ensure their meeting is in their calendar, but we want to record future meetings/activities as well, which Introhive may not be able to manage well at the moment, due to last minute meeting cancellations. What do you dislike about Introhive?

Keeping contact information updated in Introhive and CRM is quite challenging because Introhive mainly relies on email interaction between a user and a contact. If the user hasn't sent an email to a contact but knows that the contact moved on and provides the new email address we cannot just update Introhive which would then reflect in CRM (due to one way sync process). Introhive requires an email exchange to create/add a new domain in the hive. So in a way we are stuck until a user interacts with that contact again. Alternative is adding a contact as a new contact to an Outlook address book but again Introhive doesn't pick up on the change well and sometimes misses the new contact completely.

It requires a lot of effort to keep data consistent in both systems, which should be addressed by the Introhive developers before we end up with lots of out of date or duplicate contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Introhive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Introhive was introduced to our users ahead of a CRM platform launch. It helped us collect all the hidden contacts in address books and spreadsheets and easily sync them to our CRM.

Our users love the idea that they don't need to add contacts manually, however, there's is some requirement of them to fill in missing fields, i.e. job title or address that Introhive doesn't pick up well.

When launching the CRM our key selling point was the Introhive relationship iFrame which is always up to date and displays latest interaction, number of emails and meetings. Our lawyers really like that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Introhive?

Introhive allows us to evaluate the best connection paths to companies by passively scoring relationship strengths. This product is an integral part of our contact intelligence stack, supplementing our CRM with contacts we don't already have under active management. The different types of email digests (contact sync, pre/post-meeting and weekly updates) have immense potential to automate contact collection and provide just-in-time knowledge. What do you like best about Introhive?

We have a variety of users in different role types using Introhive, but across job descriptions, the thing they like best are the Pre-Meeting Prep emails. It provides them useful information as well as just being a good reminder to appropriately prepare for meetings throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introhive?

Not being able to sync other required fields via the digest sync that users would otherwise have to provide if creating a Contact or Account in CRM itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on the size of the organization, be sure to pick users from each group and each technical skill level that will be using the tool during testing. One problem we are solving for is getting users who have typically resisted using CRM to both add their information as well as getting them access to the information in there. Another is providing visibility across LLCs and departments into the relationships; before Introhive, it was much more difficult to see if someone in another LBMC company had a relationship with a prospect or client. What do you like best about Introhive?

Relationship strength discovery is very valuable when you have some individuals claiming to have a strong relationship with another individual or organization, and the product is able to either validate or contest the claim through facts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introhive?

Lawyers really need the ability to have contacts they've tagged in SF in their mail system. They used to have a sync product (albeit it had some challenges) but they appear to have chosen to discontinue it. I understand sync a complicated game and other companies do it well, but we preferred the actual context of how Introhive executed the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Introhive:

Half of our users (legal assistants) only require read only access to the data, and we don't want their relationship information harvested, but there's no easy way to administer this or to have a lighter license for this purpose. As a Law Firm (and I'm sure in any other industry) time is money. Introhive allows our fee earners to both keep their contacts up to date in our CRM system while reducing the amount of time and effort required to do this. What do you like best about Introhive?

The relationship data has been helpful with referrals and strategically picking the right sales person to collaborate with in order to have the best chance of winning business. This feature has helped increase user adoption of CRM as it increase value to our solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introhive?

I wish that we had some control on the relationship strength algorithm. It currently gives a user a higher relationship score if they have a contact in their Outlook address book and all contact fields populated. I can purchase a database online and add it to my address book and it will show I have a stronger relationship than what I really do in real life. I'd like to have control to pick and choose what data affects the relationship score at our company and also adjust the weight of what gives a higher score. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Introhive helps you understand who knows who at companies you may be pursuing for new business. Although data may not be perfect, it is very useful to help you uncover relationships that can help you with that warm introduction you needed to get past the gatekeeper.
