The integration with our CRM system, InterAction, is not quite at the level that was sold to us which has affected how we use it internally. We find that we have two siloed pots of data to deal with now, and working out which should be the source of truth is difficult and has proved a significant pain point. If we did not have an existing CRM, we would probably have gotten better adoption from the outset. It would also be great if the base product including some enhanced reporting. Best features: ranking contacts by the frequency of their interaction with your company -- and also showing you who in your company is in most frequent communication with each contact and company.
