By scraping Outlook, the relationships within our organisation that would usually be missed are now identified, and also we have evidence based data that proves how strong relationships are in each case. It saves a significant amount of time in manual data entry into CRM, and automates the process. The pre-meeting digests are a useful feature that keeps the company joined-up. The integration with our CRM system, InterAction, is not quite at the level that was sold to us which has affected how we use it internally. We find that we have two siloed pots of data to deal with now, and working out which should be the source of truth is difficult and has proved a significant pain point. If we did not have an existing CRM, we would probably have gotten better adoption from the outset. It would also be great if the base product including some enhanced reporting.
