What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?

Saving time especially with candidates that you would normally pass on. It acts as a filter. It also reduces the amount of spray and pray applicants who just send there CV's to everyone without regard to the job description. This is because it takes much more effort to apply.

I like that you get a real sense of a candidate before you interview them. You can also interview a large amount of candidates. Lastly another benefit is that it acts as a repository. I dont need to save candidates details. They are all on interviewer.AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?

The navigation is sometimes not intuitive. I would like to attach a job description.

The rating system doesn't seem to work. It gives people a 50% or 60% professionalism rating regardless so I don't put much weight on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?

I like how the prospective candidates are able to express themselves verbally, and this gives us a great insight into how they present themselves on camera, especially since in our organisation, we hire a lot of remote workers - so lots of online coordination and communication is needed. Interview.ai has provided us a resourceful and fast way to qualify our candidates before putting them through the F2F process. It also helps us get the surface-level questions out of the way so that the F2F interview process can get deeper, faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?

I do not like that the interviewers only get a short amount of time to answer. But it's not a strong dislike. The other stronger dislike, but not crucial, is how the qualifying scored attributed to the candidate is quite inaccurate. What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?

Interviewer.ai has a great user interface that is easy to navigate and quick to setup. Zapier integration is available to set notifications and add new candidates to your ideal candidate tracking system. Very happy with Interviewer.ai; it saves a lot of time and produces high-quality output. What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?

I have been using interviewer.ai as a hiring platform for my business for a few months now and I find it to be an amazing tool. It has helped me hire better employees, with the pre-screening feature, and has saved me a ton of time interviewing potential candidates. It's so user-friendly and it really helps me be more productive. It's so great to be able to weed out unqualified candidates before investing in live interviews. What do you like best about Interviewer.AI?

I haven't seen any alternative of Interviewer.AI. It helped to get the right candidates instead of getting hundreds of resume who even has no interest for this post. Online written and video recording features are awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AI powered evaluation and UI are good. Can still be improved but in general it is at industry standard and it is very powerful and quick also in candidate experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interviewer.AI?

Sometime videoscoring rendering is a bit slow and I hope it can be improved. The team could be a bit more generous with job slots. Also in the future, we expect some integrations eventually (LI, other ATSs, Social Media, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
