Since we started using Intercom in our company, we were surprised by the ease of use and setup. Additionally, it encompasses all the necessary tools for customer satisfaction and for our operation to be optimized. Merging duplicates can be finicky. It's nice to see the dupes, but combining them into a single converation is not that easy. It has lead to duplication of efforts as we are answering the same question(s) on multiple threads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use, especially for business. Organizing emails and chats hasn't been this easy! We use it for ease of implementation, customer support, and ease of integration in our interactions with the clients frequently. We use the service everyday. The tool is easy to use and has great UI. It is easy to manage several chats and collaborate with external support teams. It also has many great features to organize and manage ongoing and closed conversations.
