How easy it is to use and how customizable their macros are, it allows to handle hundreds of chats a day with no great effort.
Another thing I love is the easy it is to implement in a new business.

We've built out a really close customer engagement model by using Intercom for support, notifications, tooltips and more. On the odd occasion, there have been a couple of limits on how I can run a product tour. Intercom needs the user to click "next" or go exactly where they are expected to, and to get around this takes a lot more effort with a "series". The fact that you can do A LOT in Intercom. From product tours, to support, to emailcampaigns,.... You can do it all in a very intuitive way.

Nothing really, even when there is an outage it doesn't take that much to have a solution, the only think I would remark is that sometimes the automatic responses bounce back to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Enables rapid conversations rather than long running tickets. AI is promising and maybe the best in the field, though not quite there yet for us to use in real scenarios. Workflows are really easy to manage and improves your support process. Plugins and integrations are working great.
