What do you like best about Intercom?

Intercom is an incredibly user-friendly tool to use from both an agent and admin level. It has given us a powerful connection to our customers. Conversational support with our entire audience. Our customers, and their customers who we also support where required. This gives us a great benefit by ensuring we have consistent messaging and no middle man when it comes to supporting our product. What do you like best about Intercom?

I really like the ease of determining which customers will receive the automation and the timing. This helps a lot and gives me peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

In my role, I use the entire proactive support feature, and I think the tool has been improving day by day. The product tour still needs adjustments to provide more flexibility, like other tools I know. What do you like best about Intercom?

I think the one thing I like the most about Intercom is how simple and easily digestable the user interface was. I think that there were the right amount of buttons and everything was labeled very intuitively. When you first start using the platform it can be tricky to learn what each symbol stands for, but once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes a second nature almost.

It was suuuuper easy to integrate our work email and implimenting it into our user experience flow. A lot of users of our product enjoyed being able to use the chat features and giving the experience to "talk to us" directly.

Literally I use it all of the time to help with customer support tickets and is our go to platform to make sure our users get the help they need as efficiently as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

I think that my only criticism is that I wish that there was an option to also have words alongside some of the buttons. Some of them look a little similar to each other so it's easy to get it mixed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intercom?

We have been using Intercom in our company for over a year, and the experience has been extraordinary. Intercom has become a tool we use every day for managing our communications with customers. Before, we had different tools that we ended up combining into one with Intercom.

On one hand, the chat feature allows us to control all the conversations that come in, and with the automatic bots, it facilitates the qualification of the different leads that enter. Lastly, the fact that we can have all the help center articles on the same platform makes it much easier to share an article directly from the support chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

The onboarding takes some time until everything is set up, but it is true that the product is well-prepared in this regard to guide you.

The series/tours part is the only thing we haven't completely moved to Intercom; here we continue using another application as it offers us more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intercom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is an essential tool for support and Customer Success.

It allows us to resolve user queries in real-time. Detect bugs and incidents. Capture leads and automatically qualify them to decide which funnel to include them in. Have all the help articles so that the user can self-service to resolve their doubts when starting with the platform. We save response macros to streamline support work and standardize responses. Marketing can launch banners if there is any special announcement or webinar they want to announce to users/leads, it also helps us communicate if there is any outage or specific problem.

We are a software that offers services to other companies, and without a doubt, Intercom makes it easier for us to provide a differential value with support to our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intercom?

We use intercom religiously in our office day-to-day. I enjoy that it keeps everything in one place! If you can't find it anywhere else it's most likely in a note on Intercom! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, information needed won't comeup. Such as a patient's profile even though it's been created years ago. I would like intercom to be able to keep duplicate profiles neat and togetther as well.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intercom?

We use Intercom all day every day as the center of our support operations. I love how easily we can support 18k + active customers as well as multiple partners with a support team of 6 people, half of which don't have to live in Intercom all day. It wouldn't be possible without Intercom's automations, workflows, integrations, and Fin. Our customers and partners love our support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

I wish there was more control over the spam filter. I would like to only have things I mark as spam go there, as we regularly lose legitimate emails into there. It's not always easy to remember to check it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
