The customer care at intelliHR is truly excellent. We have received comprehensive training and the intelliHR team make a habit of checking in to make sure everything is going well. The only downside has been manufactured by myself as I am loving the new system and have decided to go Paperless with our HR records so the downside is the time consuming exercise I have created for myself to scan all old existing staff HR records into the system. The thing I like the best is the team at intelliHR would put in the work and hours to make sure the platform is customised to your needs. They don't just assist with the technical side of things, they help you work on your actual HR processes. They always over deliver.
