What do you like best about Intellect?

I like the no code modification we can use to change application to fit our exsisting processes instead of fitting the processes to fit the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intellect?

Intellect has helped our quality department (and those interacting with them) to be more organized. The platform is incredibly customizeable and allows us to make modifications catered to our specific business needs without needing long development cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellect?

The customizability is a strength and weakness at times. There are several out-of-the-box apps Intellect provides, but often we run into problems when major customizations need to be made. What do you like best about Intellect?

Intellect allows you to automate all of your quality systems. It is helpful for not only trending, but document control as well. The training associated with Intellect and the support you receive after is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellect?

The design training would be very difficult if you have never used or designed a QMS system. It is advanced in a way that if you aren't great with technology, you may struggle picking it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intellect?

Intellect is capable of offering all the functionalities of larger known names (i.e. Veeva, Trackwise, MasterControl) without the price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellect?

I have not figured out the capabilities of the reporting features, so not as intuitive out of the box as Veeva or Master Control. But capabilitites are still there with the leg work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intellect?

Intellect is a fully customizable, no-code eQMS system with all the applications you would expect, including Document Control, Employee Training, CAPA, Audits, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc. The introductory package comes with multiple applications; the client can choose which ones to start with. After implementation, the client can create applications or purchase additional ones configured by Intellect's first-class team. Best of all, the system can be managed internally by a designated Administrator with or without IT involvement. It is highly scalable, and the options for using and expanding the system (even outside of QA) are endless. The start-up and implementation pricing is highly competitive, and training is included for the applications chosen and the design functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellect?

Although the system's initial cost is much lower than most, the user licensing and support fees can quickly increase, especially for smaller organizations and if you need to open the system to all employees (for training and access to SOPs, etc). I would have liked to have had in-depth System Administrator training. If you have only one or two people configuring and managing the system, you will likely need professional support services at an additional cost, as we did. The Intellect team is very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs and was able to scale the pricing and licensing options to meet our budget. The out-of-the-box QMS applications are geared toward manufacturing, but they are customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intellect?

The two best things about Intellect.

1. The Intellect Team

What do you like best about Intellect?

What impresses me the most about Intellect's QMS software is:

1) Its configurability. As a customer that has been provided training by Intellect I can fully configure the software to meet my needs; there is no customization required.

2) The technical support I receive from Intellect. Two things stand out in my mind as big wins for Intellect: a) technical issue ticket support and 2) the weekly configuration support calls that Intellect hosts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intellect?

Although I have received configuration training from Intellect I find it is somewhat inadequate. The software is complicated and unfortunately there isn't a training guide that explains every single field and how those fields are used.

Additionally, the way some components of the out of the box software have been configured are cumbersome or don't make a lot of sense (even some of the Intellect configuration experts have admitted to it).

Finally, configuration can be frustrating. Just when I think I have successfully made a configuration change (as per my training and the Intellect supplied user guides) the system does something completely unexpected. It requires detailed knowledge of the software and significant digging around to discover the root cause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intellect?

I like the fact that apllications could be customized, and the assigned project manager.

The fact that the customer is resposible for the customization of the applications through a design site.
