The functionality is really useful for various things, whether it be merging duplicate deals on HubSpot, or transforming data in ways that HubSpot is natively unable to do. Our agency absolutely love Insycle and is our tool of choice for deduplicating across HubSpot and Salesforce. We recommend it to clients every time, we have yet to find a tool that makes it as easy or simple as Insycle does. I love being able to filter out by specific fields in Salesforce to find duplicates and merge them en masse. The preview functionality is amazing as well, it makes it easy for me to figure out exactly what will happen when I hit that merge button and gives me so much peace of mind. And finally, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the support team at Insycle. They are so responsive and knowledgable, and are always willng to jump in to help me as needed. I would love to see pricing as a set amount versus the number of records used. I have clients who would love to use Insycle but if they have more than a 100-200k records Insycle no longer provides the best value at the pricepoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Insycle for both Salesforce and HubSpot. We previously had issues keeping the two systems synced, but Insycle has all but solved those issues. We have never had an issue with the integration between Insycle Salesforce and HubSpot.
We use Insycle to automatically merge duplicates across both systems, keep data clean, populate fields (i.e. populate country based on email domain country), convert leads to contacts, associate leads to accounts, and upload net-new leads. There are some minor drawbacks that I hope the Insycle team will solve eventually. My qualms are specifically with the lead upload feature. Namely, when uploading leads, you can assign to a Salesforce campaign but you can't choose the campaign member status. There's an easy workaround in Salesforce, but it does add a few minutes to the lead upload process. Our old tool, Cloudingo, was better for lead upload, but Insycle is better at literally everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of use, and visibility it gives us when uploading new leads in bulk to Salesforce. We're able to upload large batches of leads from events into our Salesforce with very little extra maintenance and scrubbing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are occasional bugs, but thankfully none that break the whole process. Sometimes my uploads don't go perfectly, and an item might not have all of its fields filled despite an item with the same entry for the impacted fields having a normal upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to get started but super flexible. Pricing is super reasonable, which is rare in the more serious CRM data quality tool landscape. Openprise and Syncari for instance are much more expensive. There are systems for Salesforce that may be a better fit like Sonar but Insycle is excellent for a HubSpot shop (us) that doesn't want to pay for HubSpot Operations Hub to get their data quality tools (it's a lot more expensive). I have it run weekly now on contact dedupes, and use it for periodic company cleanups. There's plenty more that I can do with it that I just haven't gotten around to as well. Having used both Ringlead and Validity DemandTools I am very happy to see the same features included in Insycle.

It's hard to find just one thing to 'like' about Insycle, particularly when there is so much to love! I love the fact that there are already a bunch of automations that take care of the everyday time consumers for example taking the first and last name from an email address if it's not already present in those properties but the email address is firstname.lastname@ this alone saves me a lot of time.
The support is second to none, even the seemingly stupid questions I've had are answered quickly, clearly and often with step-by-step explanations. sometimes there are screenshots, the usual knowledge base articles OR sometimes even a loom explainer video.

The only thing I dislike, and this is nothing to do with Inscycle at all, is the fact that my company didn't allow me to run through the onboarding with these guys so I have been feeling my way. really hasn't been too much of an issue due to the incredible support they have. We used Inscyle to clean up data in standard and custom objects in Salesforce. It is helpful for the initial deduplication, as well the ongoing deduplication.
Tool is pretty straightforward to use and like that help videos are built into user interface. Also, anytime I sent a message to Customer Support, their response time was quick and thorogh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
