**What do you like best about Insycle?**

I especially like Insycle's bulk operations capabilities. It stands out for me how it can scan the entire CRM to automatically identify data gaps such as missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent fields. The best thing is that it allows us to perform bulk merges of duplicate records based on custom rules, making large-scale data cleanup fast, efficient, and scalable. The ability to scan and surface data quality issues is extremely valuable because it gives us immediate visibility into where problems exist and how widespread they are. The surfaced insights help us quickly identify records with missing key fields, inconsistent formats, and potential duplicates, which we then resolve using bulk updates and merges. This directly improves tasks such as lead routing, segmentation, and reporting. The initial setup was super easy and very quick; we just needed to connect the CRM, and the rest was handled by Insycle.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

First, Insycle offers a wide range of features which can feel overwhelming at first and make it difficult to determine what to prioritize. Having more inbuilt templates for common data merge scenarios would make setup faster and easier.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insycle strengthens our data foundation by resolving duplicate records and inconsistent data, making reporting reliable and improving sales and marketing efforts. Its bulk operation capabilities help in efficient large-scale data cleanup and proactive problem-solving in our CRM.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle has been incredibly helpful for managing and cleaning up our HubSpot data. The deduplication features are flexible and powerful. We’ve been able to match and merge records using custom rules, and the preview function gives us peace of mind before making changes. It’s also great for standardizing field values and fixing formatting issues at scale. I especially like how easy it is to import data with CSV files compared to HubSpot’s native tools. You get much more control and transparency.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at first. Understanding how to build and reuse templates took a little time, and some of the interface elements aren’t super intuitive right away. That said, once you’ve gone through a few use cases, it becomes much easier to navigate. More in-app examples or template suggestions would definitely help shorten the learning process.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dealing with a messy HubSpot database full of duplicates, outdated formatting, and inconsistent field values. This made segmentation and reporting difficult, and it created frustration for the sales team. Insycle allowed us to clean all of that up without exporting and reimporting massive spreadsheets. The result is more accurate reporting, better deliverability for marketing emails, and less confusion for the team working in HubSpot every day.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

One of the biggest challenges I've faced in years of working in sales operations and analytics is data hygiene (duplicates, formatting, consistency, etc). I wish I would have found Insycle sooner. From getting our data into a uniform structure to deduplicating contacts and leads, Insycle is our go-to for all things hygiene-related. Furthermore, their support team is a huge asset to our team with office hours and 1:1 meeting to review our platform and consistent use cases, we feel very supported by their team.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

No downsides to note. All of our experiences with the product and team have been positive.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insycle helps us to remove duplicate entries from our accounts, contacts, etc. It also assists us with the import process for new accounts, leads, contacts, etc., ensuring that we upload data in a consistent and uniform structure while avoiding duplicates.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

I like the templates because they make it easy to get started and you can build on them to create rules for cleaning data. I primarily use automations the most, which really helps in our environment. The setup of Insycle was very easy, taking just minutes. I appreciate the ability to see workflows in preview mode without making changes in HubSpot, which lets you understand the tool's impact without risk. The Health Assessment Dashboards is also pretty useful as they summarize issues and show the workflows that are capturing them (and solving them). The video tutorials under five minutes are helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

I think some of the rule building is a bit complex for non-technical users. We had a business user trying to build their own rules, and the had a bit of trouble. I have a little bit more technical background, so I was easy to get through it. That's one area of recommendation that I would suggest; however, the tutorial/videos are good to support here.

I use Insycle to clean up HubSpot data, tackling duplicate contacts, poorly formatted information, and bad email addresses.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

What I like most about Insycle is their support. I appreciate how they have treated us and how they have onboarded us. Our customer success manager, Alyssa, has really gone out of their way to understand our business and needs, making sure we are set up as best as possible. I like how they are diligent and follow-up. I love how much time the automation saves us, and the reporting it gives allows us to show the return on investment as well as the return on effort. We're getting a lot of our time back, so it's not just about the money.

I think the UI could use a refresh. It could be a little bit more intuitive.

I really like the step-by-step guides and pre-existing processes of Insycle that help solve most cases, even those one wouldn't imagine, sometimes even without having to make customizations. Every time I face a new problem, I look for Insycle articles or videos that address that topic and I find them very useful and clear thanks to the practical examples.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

A preview of the extraction in Excel could be useful, sometimes I have to start the process and check the file that arrives via email to make the changes so that it turns out the way I want.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

I really like the ability to save and regularly run cleanup tasks in Insycle without having to recreate complex setups each time. It's great for creating standards for data cleanup. I also appreciate the ability to automate data cleanup and perform bulk updates on contact and company data. The ease with which Insycle integrates into our workflow, especially with HubSpot, helps us target dirty data efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, and it significantly improves our data management processes.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle has transformed the way we manage and maintain our CRM data. One of the standout benefits is the ability to run complex queries quickly and frequently, which has significantly reduced both our tech spend and the hours of manual work previously required each day. We no longer need custom coding or developer support to cleanse and standardize data—everything can be done intuitively within the platform. What we especially appreciate is the flexibility to build in logic based on custom fields and set hierarchical rules that determine which records take priority during merges. This level of control ensures our data remains accurate, consistent, and tailored to our business needs. Our onboarding representative was great also!

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

One challenge we've experienced with Insycle is the onboarding process. While they do provide a helpful starting Excel workbook to guide you on what to tackle first, it can easily become just another document that gets lost or forgotten in the day-to-day. We wish there were a centralized user portal that tracked onboarding progress and allowed us to actively manage and prioritize the features we want to set up. Having an in-platform setup checklist or interactive dashboard would make it easier to stay focused, organized, and accountable during the initial implementation phase.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Insycle solved for us was the duplication of contact records—particularly those tied to phone numbers—which had been a persistent challenge in keeping our CRM clean and reliable. Insycle’s powerful deduplication tools have made it easy to identify and merge duplicate records with precision, saving time and preventing confusion across teams. Additionally, as our organization continues to grow and acquire new companies, Insycle has played a critical role in helping us transform and normalize data quickly while consolidating everything into a single HubSpot instance. This level of scalability and flexibility has been invaluable during periods of rapid growth and integration.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

We needed to clean up dupliates in Intercom. We just connected Incycle, purchased a monthly subscription, and were ready to go to identify duplicates and clean them up. Pretty straightforward!

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The UI and usability could be a bit more intuitive, it's standard material design. But Insycle gets the job done, it's fine.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had pretty bad data in Intercom: lots of duplicates, incosistent data, and data coming from multiple sources. We used Insycle to identify all the duplicates and potential sources of them to clean it up. Now we're using it to make sure that no new duplicates are being created. We made a couple of changes to our upstream connected solutions to ensure that no new duplicates are being created.

We tried a manual clean up with Google Sheets earlier, but it was just a mess...

I like how Insycle automates large changes or tedious tasks that aren't really possible in HubSpot. It takes a lot of tedious work out of my standard workday, making it invaluable. Setting it up was very easy with a quick login to HubSpot, and it was ready to go.

One thing about Insycle that can be tough is the complexities with the parameters that need to be set. Sometimes the matching is broad and it can be tough to narrow down your selection to choose the correct master record and merge all duplicates.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Insycle is easy to integrate with HubSpot, provides excellent data quality oversight and quickly identifies issues across our hundreds of thousands of records. It's significantly faster than other solutions we've evaluated. The platform includes well-designed setup templates that are easily customizable and can be automated for ongoing maintenance. We use it weekly to maintain data hygiene.

Beyond its ability to deduplicate HubSpot company records (even within HubSpot-Salesforce integrations), Insycle excels at data normalization and formatting. Throughout our experience, their support team has been exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The Insycle interface can be intimidating at first. The number of features may be daunting. This is where the CSMs can provide significant assistance during the onboarding process. I would like see some more capability to do operations together, like dedup and/or update records. Some of this required multiple operations. However, not a deal breaker.

I appreciate Insycle’s ability to find duplicate contacts and companies, which has been beneficial for managing my HubSpot data. I also find the platform useful for bulk updating contacts and companies, especially for ensuring consistent formatting.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

I find the cost of Insycle to be incredibly high relative to the use case that I've been able to exploit. After over a year of use, I still feel uncertain about many of its functionalities and whether it has the bandwidth I initially thought it did. It seems to require more manual setup work than I had anticipated. Additionally, while it does help with finding duplicate contacts or companies, I sometimes feel it doesn't show as much detail as I was hoping for.

Insycle makes keeping our data clean and validated SO much easier. We have sales team members entering leads into the CRM, and the ability to bulk standardize and find/correct simple errors is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

I do not find the Associate tool to be accurate or helpful, especially when many of our records are gmail or other free domain emails.

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary challenge is cleaning/validating data. Insycle is enormously beneficial. I have automated standardization formulas and can handle standard record errors in bulk very quickly. It saves me vast amounts of time and headaches.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Ease of use when you get comfortable with the tool is great. It has lots of customization capability for those hyper specific instances, but is also full of pre-fab solutions that allow you to take care of low-hanging fruit data formatting with automations. Previewing data changes prior to changing them is great for trialing configurations and recipes as well.

The team and support functions are great, from onboarding to future state preparation - They will ensure you get to know the platform.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The platform can be seen as a little daunting at first. It is a very deep tool and offers a ton of possibilities. Because of this, keep your user/admin pool limited at start as to not overwhelm people who will not be in platform often.

The library of documentation and training will be your best friend. Use it and you will be alright. (and don't fear reaching out to support if needed!)

**What problems is Insycle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insycle is currently helping us with data hygiene, formatting, contact purging criteria, associations of records to companies, the reporting of how our data is being transformed over time, and much more. The tool keeps expanding - and so will our list of use cases, I'm sure.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

Focusing more on the usage of Insycle with HubSpot it makes managing data in HubSpot way easier than with the in-house tools HubSpot provides. Some of the features Insycle has are available in HubSpot but they're a paid feature that costs hundreds of dollars more than Insycle.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

As with any third party tool connected to your CRM the biggest downside is not being able to use Insycle directly within HubSpot (other than integration within the workflow tool).

Insycle solves the problem of improving data hygiene in HubSpot from specific naming conventions, standardizing address information, reducing duplicates, and mass data transformation.

Insycle is user friendly, and has fantastic user support for if you get stuck. Anytime I've had a question on how to run specific procedures within Insycle, Customer Support is responsive within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The only downside is we're a HubSpot Partner agency and the subscription options aren't set up well to accommodate for someone like us. We have to purchase individual subscriptions for each of our clients, when often times we are just doing one time clean ups. The 500 contact limit is often not enough so we end up purchasing a month at a time per client and then having to cancel. It would be fantastic if we could maintain a subscription with a level of usage that we can apply across our client base.

We've largely used Insycle for duplicate management and dta quality. Matching customer information prior to import is another common use case for us, to prevent duplicates from being created in the first place.

**What do you like best about Insycle?**

As a Marketing Operations Manager, it has been a game changer in automating the cleanup of my CRM data in HubSpot. I like the flexibility of creating custom recipes to use in HubSpot workflows. Being able to use Insycle's logic and filter setup to designate master records and properties has made deduplication so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning so there is a slight learning curve if you're new to this kind of platform. And while there is great documentation available, I would love to see more industry and role specific templates implemented.

We primarily use Insycle to keep our database clean and reliable which has led to more accurate reporting and segmentation.  It also has given our team hours of time back compared to what we were doing manually before.

Insycle has been a great tool to help us clean up data in our HubSpot portal, standardize incoming data on newly created records, and fill the gap in associations. The support team is always helpful and quick to respond, and the professor (AI chat tool) is extremely helpful as well. There is also a wealth of documentation and videos that can assist in learning the tool.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The user interface can be a bit overwhelming and difficult to understand at first. Template setup can feel complex and has a learning curve. All users should dedicate time to delving deep into available online resources and utilize the support team.

Insycle is helping us solve gaps in associations between objects in HubSpot as well as standardize data throughout the system to ensure seamless integrations with other systems in our ecosystem.

I love the ease of use, and visibility it gives us when uploading new leads in bulk to Salesforce. We're able to upload large batches of leads from events into our Salesforce with very little extra maintenance and scrubbing.

There are occasional bugs, but thankfully none that break the whole process. Sometimes my uploads don't go perfectly, and an item might not have all of its fields filled despite an item with the same entry for the impacted fields having a normal upload.

- Lead upload: no run around processes and saved time that would be lost using Salesforce import or Cloud Dingo

Our agency absolutely love Insycle and is our tool of choice for deduplicating across HubSpot and Salesforce. We recommend it to clients every time, we have yet to find a tool that makes it as easy or simple as Insycle does. I love being able to filter out by specific fields in Salesforce to find duplicates and merge them en masse. The preview functionality is amazing as well, it makes it easy for me to figure out exactly what will happen when I hit that merge button and gives me so much peace of mind. And finally, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the support team at Insycle. They are so responsive and knowledgable, and are always willng to jump in to help me as needed.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

I would love to see pricing as a set amount versus the number of records used. I have clients who would love to use Insycle but if they have more than a 100-200k records Insycle no longer provides the best value at the pricepoint.

Insycle helps us solve the deduplication problem across two CRMs, HubSpot and Salesforce. Deduplicating across these CRMs prior to Insycle was a gargantuan task. With Inscyle the process is so easy that it becomes a breeze.

The functionality is really useful for various things, whether it be merging duplicate deals on HubSpot, or transforming data in ways that HubSpot is natively unable to do. Sometimes there are sync issues which can cause problems, but the team are usually pretty quick to get these resolved.

Insycle solves the problem of deduplicated deals across many different HubSpot accounts we have with our clients. It saves the hastle of manually meging deals, and allows us to implement more bespoke and efficient processes with more acfurate data, as we're able to populate deal records with the peace of mind that Insycle will merge any duplicates, which happens frequently. We've also used it to transform data where HubSpot in unable to (copying a date field to a single line text for example).

We use Insycle for both Salesforce and HubSpot. We previously had issues keeping the two systems synced, but Insycle has all but solved those issues. We have never had an issue with the integration between Insycle Salesforce and HubSpot.

We use Insycle to automatically merge duplicates across both systems, keep data clean, populate fields (i.e. populate country based on email domain country), convert leads to contacts, associate leads to accounts, and upload net-new leads. It has been fantastic for this purpose and has been a notable improvement over our old tool, Cloudingo.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

There are some minor drawbacks that I hope the Insycle team will solve eventually. My qualms are specifically with the lead upload feature. Namely, when uploading leads, you can assign to a Salesforce campaign but you can't choose the campaign member status. There's an easy workaround in Salesforce, but it does add a few minutes to the lead upload process. Our old tool, Cloudingo, was better for lead upload, but Insycle is better at literally everything else.

Duplicate records: Insycle merges duplicate records across both Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring high data quality and mirrored data across both systems with no upkeep/effort required from me and my team.

Data cleanliness: We use Insycle to clean up, standardize, and populate data.

Convert leads: We use Insycle to convert leads to contacts when the situation warrants it.

Associate: We use Insycle to associate leads to accounts in Salesforce and to associate some of our custom objects in HubSpot to one another. 

Lead upload: We use Insycle as a place to upload net-new leads.

It's so easy to get started but super flexible. Pricing is super reasonable, which is rare in the more serious CRM data quality tool landscape. Openprise and Syncari for instance are much more expensive. There are systems for Salesforce that may be a better fit like Sonar but Insycle is excellent for a HubSpot shop (us) that doesn't want to pay for HubSpot Operations Hub to get their data quality tools (it's a lot more expensive). I have it run weekly now on contact dedupes, and use it for periodic company cleanups. There's plenty more that I can do with it that I just haven't gotten around to as well.

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

UI is a bit dated which only matters when you're trying to figure out what to do.

CRM data quality has a big impact on everything, especially if you're a marketer running account-based tactics like me. I'm a solo head of marketing, so I act as marketing ops and revops. I wouldn't be able to do that very well without Insycle.

It's hard to find just one thing to 'like' about Insycle, particularly when there is so much to love! I love the fact that there are already a bunch of automations that take care of the everyday time consumers for example taking the first and last name from an email address if it's not already present in those properties but the email address is firstname.lastname@ this alone saves me a lot of time.

The support is second to none, even the seemingly stupid questions I've had are answered quickly, clearly and often with step-by-step explanations. sometimes there are screenshots, the usual knowledge base articles OR sometimes even a loom explainer video.

Insycle is a great tool that has a great team behind it!

**What do you dislike about Insycle?**

The only thing I dislike, and this is nothing to do with Inscycle at all, is the fact that my company didn't allow me to run through the onboarding with these guys so I have been feeling my way. really hasn't been too much of an issue due to the incredible support they have. If you're going to get Insycle make sure you go with the onboarding, if nothing else it will speed up your results!

For us, it's helping free up time with all those small tasks that can be automated. It also helps us stay on top of our Data Hygiene and Data Maintenance AND gives us a good idea of how 'Healthy' our data is based on the handy health check function.

Tool is pretty straightforward to use and like that help videos are built into user interface. Also, anytime I sent a message to Customer Support, their response time was quick and thorogh.

Sandbox integration is not included. The team was nice enough to set up a trial org for us to test our deduplication in a sandbox, but other vendors have this included.

Enabled me to automated despite limitations across system inegrations that were causing mass numbers of duplicates. We were about to turn off automations due to the time it was taking to handle te duplicates so this has helped us save massive amounts of time. We were also able to use the free trial to prove out the concept and ensure it worked and was even implemented prior to needing to sign any contracts.

Insycle provides us with complete control over data management, allowing us to configure it to suit unique data sets and specific challenges. One of the standout features is the ability to merge duplicate records while preserving exactly the right data and avoiding false positives. It accomplishes all of this while remaining user-friendly and easy to navigate.

We found it simple to set up with HubSpot (it's very much plug and play), and the customer support team is always on hand with quick and knowledgeable responses. They consistently help us resolve issues and ensure we get the most out of the software.

While Insycle is a powerful data management tool and the best we've tried, some tasks can still be challenging to accomplish. For example, when dealing with duplicate records caused by mistyped email addresses, it can be easy for a human to identify the correct version of the email, but automating this process with Insycle can sometimes be difficult.

How it keeps HubSpot deal data clean for our many of our clients and how its easy to setup. The insycle team are also very helpful when it comes to tech suppport issues. Overall the product does what it says it does, and does it well!

Sometimes there are sync errors that can disrupt things but these are rare. I also found when cloning a template, the subject line in the error sending tab wasn't updating, keeping the original template's name instead of the new one.
