The interface is very simple and easy to use, there are not many "extra" features.
The warmup system works very well, although it is a bit difficult to understand at first. It works in a progressive manner, sending one email on the first day, two on the second day, and so on.

There are two things that still don't make me satisfied using the platform. The first is that every time I turn off my computer and come back the next day to work, I have to log in again. It's annoying because I'm in the same browser, same environment, and other software I use frequently doesn't happen. And second, about the lead limit on the basic plan, I believe that 1,000 contacts is a very low number, not to mention that the way to manage these contacts is a bit confusing. It's so easy to use and their set-up guide is incredibly user-friendly. I started using Instantly with no experience with cold-emailing and was able to get my first campaign started with no problems. Using this Instantly has been a real pleasure for me. The interface of the platform stands out for its intuitiveness, which allows me to quickly get used to it and start working effectively. I would especially like to mention the accelerator functionality - it's a real assistant, which helps me to easily start with campaigns and clearly see the action plan to increase my mailing rates. But the most important thing is the analytics. The data provided is an integral part of my work, and thanks to the Instantly I am always aware of the effectiveness of my campaigns and can make informed decisions to improve them. One thing is need to be fixed. The data in general analyticcs, where I can see the average openrates of every campaign, often lags behind when looking at the analytics of specific campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The warmup feature that allows email addresses to be pre-warmed in 2/3 weeks before sending campaigns.
- The customer support is responsive, I had an address that was red-flagged by their pool, one of their support advisors found a solution quite quickly via chat.

Perhaps the integration of addresses via SMTP. They explain the process well, but it can be a bit more difficult for someone who doesn't have a knack for email configurations for sending email campaigns.
