In the Growth plan I'm using, I am limited to 1000 uploaded contacts, with the need to pay more for a larger number. This forces me to carefully select my contacts, which can be positive, but for frequent users of Instantly, this limit is quickly reached. Currently, a significant limitation is the lack of omni-channel capabilities. This feature would greatly improve the effectiveness of Instantly, allowing for more comprehensive interaction with leads across various channels. I am confident that this integration can be implemented soon, as the Instantly team seems very proactive and innovative.
