The email deliverability tracking. The Subsequeces are the most useful part, automatically sending replied is very useful. I literally use it every day. I end up speaking to support every day which they always help me understand whats wrong within a few minutes. It is all very intuitive to understand how to use, they even have webhooks that allow you to integrate it with my CRM. The only technical elements required is the email set up but this is where they really come to the fore - their customer support team is absolutely fantastic. They have a very high quality automated chat that answers most questions and directs you to the appropriate bits of information. Everything is explained with easy tutorials, they have a fair trial for 14 days which lets you test their features. it was easy to set up, it gives you the links to google workspace to integrate it easily. I can't say there's much. Somethings could possibly be more streamlined, but then you would be asking for too much and sort of nitpicking. In terms of price, what you get in return for your investment is worth it, but it's a tiny bit steep as an intial startup cost, however I think the price is fair once you get going.
