Instantly has been a very useful tool for our business. The ability to quickly set up email campaigns and be able to have confidence in the deliverability with the ability to warm up our email accounts was great. The interface was really easy to use. Anytime I had any issues I was able to quickly resolve them thanks to the support chat box. We use this tool on the daily and it was so easy to integrate into already running campaigns. I first began on a trial with Instantly, I found the tutorials with adding/connecting emails very helpful and found no issues within that area. Through my email campaigns, all the data was clearly laid out and super easy to read, mixed with an effective warmup process, there was no other choice but for me to sign up for their growth plan. Especially after help from Monica and Grace on the customer support team helping me overcome a minor issue. Email account setup is the hardest part of setting up and scaling on Instantly. It's not really their fault, but it's definitely something that would be made easier if they could somehow provision new accounts for you, with all of the required elements (MX, SPF, DMARC, etc) done for you.
