I'm a new Instantly user looking to scale my outreach capabilities, and so far Instantly has helped me set up various domains and campaigns easily. It's easy to add new email accounts and get them warmed up, and it's not hard to filter out the warmup emails that are coming into your inboxes since all of them share specific identifiers in the email body.

I'll have more to say about actual campaign performance (e.g., deliverability) once I've gone through the full warmup period, as I've made a pivot in my business and am starting over with the warmup process. There's not a ton I dislike yet, though I have heard stories of certain domains suddenly dropping in domain health from 100 to below 50. This is something I'll be looking out for. Customer support is pretty quick at responding and will usually be able to provide support within 10 minutes, at least during standard working hours, and helping you out when stuck, though sometimes they can sound a little eager and I suppose I like a bit of neutral flavor.
