I love how it works so seamlessly, and manages to send hundreds of emails a day with ease, I love that it automatically detects bounces and pauses your campaign so you can figure out whats wrong, which helps to keep the inbox healthy.

The done for you setup while purchasing emails is amazing, You dont have to spend any time configuring how to set it up. Its all done automatically.

It was super easy to integrate it to make.com using the instantly api key.

Instantly helps with keep email accounts active. The unlimited warmup feature is best. It tells you the health score of your email ids and you can also filter their warmup emails with specific tags. While I’m a big fan of Instantly.ai, I want to keep things balanced and not come across as a total fangirl. If I had to nitpick, the user interface for uploading contacts could use some refinement. As a solo operator, I find it manageable, but it’s a bit clunky—even for me. I can only imagine how tedious it might feel for a team juggling a larger volume of leads. That said, it’s entirely possible my struggles are self-inflicted, so take this critique with a grain of salt.

Since I’m focused on cold outreach and manually sourcing email lists, I’ve streamlined the process by uploading just the email addresses into Instantly. I keep all the extra contact details—names, notes, etc.—in a separate Google Sheet. When I get a response, I simply pull up my sheet to reference who they are. Trying to sync a full customer profile across my Google Sheet, CRM, and Instantly felt like a giant time sink. Now, I just focus on what matters: sending emails and managing replies. The fact that anyone who doesn't know anything about cold email can become a master at cold emailing after signing up with instantly.

This is a tricky question, as I use so many features daily. As a company, their support stands out to me. Secondly, they keep adding great features that allow me to drop other tools!
