What I like best about Instantly is... IT WORKS! And, it works in the ways all of the other bulk emailing platforms I tried promised they would work, but don't/can't. UNLIMITED sending email addresses even at the lowest plan! Perfect easy-to-use BUILT IN warm-up process for all of the email addresses. Custom tracking domains for each sending domain, easy-to-set up /modify emailing sequences, easy-to-see warmup reporting, easy importing process (FINALLY one that is smart enough to take the column names from the file you are importing and assigning them to new custom import fields!), built in lead finder (with top notch leads, not just bulk/scraped garbage), unified inbox (so even though you are sending from countless email addresses (40+ for my purposes!) any replies/auto-replies, etc. show up in one place), analytics for all campaings, Instantly.ai is THE BEST! There are a few things I wish Instantly.ai had and/or didn't have that would make it even "bester" (it's already the best, so...)
Their pricing plans are determined by number of contacts and number of emails you want to send. Having a limit on number of contacts is pointless (IMHO). If I want to send 150,000 emails per months why should I be penalized (pay more) because I want to send only 1 email per month to 150,000 contacts or 10 emails to 15,000 contacts (or any variation thereof)? No matter what, I am going to send (at most) 150,000 emails (I mean it's not like the have a physical file folder for each contact and would need rooms full of filing cabinets, it's a tiny, tiny amount of data (relatively speaking on a cloud drive somewhere). Having a ceiling of number of contacts means even though I have an ongoing campaign where I might want to email folks who didn't respond after the first three relatively close together sends, once a month (or quarter) thereafter and I can't easily do that since with a contact limit I have to move contacts through a near-term campaign, then delete them, store them off of Instantly and if I want to email them again, make enough room to reimport them, email them, delete them, etc.
I wish there were integrations with well-known CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive (for us), Zoho, etc.) and a contact could be automatically/instantly moved from Instantly to Pipedrive (for example) when a certain condition was met).
Though their customer support is the best I have experienced among the countless other bulk emailing platforms I have tried, I wish they had a true support ticketing system. They currently use their chat service as support so rather than having a place where all of the detail from the issues/questions are stored/updated/maintained, you have a chat window. If you have multiple tabs open (I have 4 monitors with literally hundreds of tabs open at any given time) and if you have Instantly open in multiple tabs (for whatever reason) you can end up with multiple chat sessions with multiple operators and their chat platform isn't able to aggregate all chats based on IP address or PC machine address, etc. So, several times I have tried following up on the status of a question I have had only to be told, "Oh, it looks like you have a chat open with "Joe" so I am going to close this chat..."
I like their email setup and warmup sequence reporting data, but, on that "Email Accounts" screen I would like to be able to sort the columns. For example, I'd like to sort the deliverability column in ascending order so I can see which email accounts might have the worst deliverability numbers at the top of the list (so I can explore what might need tweaking on those). As it stands, you have to scroll up/down in a hit or miss fashion to do that. I'd also like the email account column to be sortable based on SENDING DOMAIN(!!!), not just email address spelling from left to right. With dozens (scores, hundreds!) of email addresses you can end up having the 4 email addresses from one domain spread over the entire list. Though there is a "filter" option at the top of that column, having an option to "Sort by domain" (and then alphabetical order within each domain) you could instantly see all of the email accounts for ALL domains sorted/grouped with that feature.
A small thing but none of the columns are labeled.
Another small thing, I'd like a new first column that was a number field. Right now, you have to manually count how many email addresses you have (and the more you have, the more scrolling and counting you have to do. "Do I have all 44 email addresses for my 11 domains in Instantly. "23, 24, 25... damn, I looked away. Which email account was number 25?"
All of these things are MINOR issues/requests (but would be nice).

Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.
Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.
Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.
I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.
One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.
When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.
However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

Their support makes the user experience super enjoyable and every time I've ever got confused or had a problem they've helped me fast. The service itself delivers it and gets me all the leads I want while providing education to stay safe in the changing landscape of cold email marketing. What I find lacking in Instantly AI is its mobile experience. Like all software companies growing fast and lean there is a need for more current, concise, easier to find video tutorials to get answers quick instead of chatting up the team on every detail while in a hurry to get things connected and live. I want to see these softwares really utilizing YouTube, short videos on every aspect of functionality, updated every six months at minimum. I like how they seem to release new helpful features I didn't know I wanted, every couple of weeks. They do pre-warmed emails and done-for-you email domains and accounts (while I don't sure any of their competors currently do that). Pre-warmed accounts save the hassle of setting up the DMARC, DKIM, and SPF and 30 days of warming up your email accounts before using them. Their product feels anything but stagnant.
