You have to pay for different things 3 times before you even start using it! Today I saw Instantly AI on LinkedIn and wanted to give it a try. I logged in and paid $25 to create an email, but I have to wait a few days for my emails to be active. A few hours later, I logged back in to check the dashboard, but it kept redirecting me to the payment screen. I contacted support about the error on the screen and the issues with the pages. They told me that if I paid $37 and switched to the Growth package, the dashboard would be fixed. I paid that, but when I tried to browse the page to generate leads, I got a giant pop-up asking me to pay $97. This is ridiculous—are you making fun of people? The most annoying thing in my opinion is that when you copy and paste from a different versions of the email, it doesn't always hold the colour.

Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.

Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.

Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.

I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.

One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.

When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

Their support makes the user experience super enjoyable and every time I've ever got confused or had a problem they've helped me fast. The service itself delivers it and gets me all the leads I want while providing education to stay safe in the changing landscape of cold email marketing. I use the service daily in my business and it's easy to use on my phone with the app. I got it implemented into my business very easily and it integrated perfectly into what we were already doing. They have a lot of guard rails that don't make sense when you first get in but after you learn why they are their they help you get the best results so makes sense but seems to slow you down out of the gate but helps you win long term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- They also have a lead finder feature and a CRM, so if you don’t want to use multiple external tools and don’t mind increasing your budget, Instantly is almost all you need.

I love how easy Instantly is to set up and use. It makes launching email campaigns super simple because the done-for-you email accounts save me a ton of time, and the lead finder is a great bonus. The API integrations work well with my workflow in Make.com. Plain and simple, the #1 in the outreach game. I have been studying cold outbound reach outs for the past year, and every single road I took to discover knowledge about this topic led me to Instantly. They have a revolutionary tool that just continuously keeps growing. I also want to mention their customer support, as it truly is one of the most responsive teams out there. I log into my account every single day and am constantly looking for ways to improve, for which they've also provided material on. It's interface is super easy to use, anyone could use it. I love what its capability is, and just when you think that they should have a certain feature- there it is! They keep adding more features all the time. I love that the user experience is customizable. I could times I've needed help with things and their customer chat has been very helpful both times. Otherwise, Instantly is really easy to use. What I like most about Instantly AI is its ability to handle large volumes of leads without any issues. What I find lacking in Instantly AI is its mobile experience. When I don’t have my laptop with me, it’s difficult to work efficiently on my phone, especially when checking Unibox for positive responses. What is quickly easiest to like about Instantly is the level of mind reading done by the team to anticipate the universal needs of hyper-busy entrepreneurs to get an email campaign (in my case my company's first ever) up and running, speed to market being critical. Like all software companies growing fast and lean there is a need for more current, concise, easier to find video tutorials to get answers quick instead of chatting up the team on every detail while in a hurry to get things connected and live. I want to see these softwares really utilizing YouTube, short videos on every aspect of functionality, updated every six months at minimum.
