The UX is missing some features that I would have expected to be there. Since we have an integration with JIRA set up, we can do those queries in JIRA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not so much of a downside, but it is one more library to worry about updating and compatibility. Not a big issue, but something to keep on your radar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instabug engineering team always keep SDK up to date with the latest XCode, OS etc. Can upload dysms via dashboard. Friendly and professional support team is extremely responsive - always get attention within 5 mins in support chat and get any issues and inquires solved under 24 hours, sometimes within the hour!
