Establising trust between QA team and the dev team cause bugs are easily identified and debuggable and there is no room for people to argue for its validity, thus no fritction.

Missing an API to build custom flows

I would like to be able to share filters and send them over using links (if the filter params were part of the URL that would be possible for example for easy sharing)

Too expensive

What do you like best about Instabug?

Easy integration and decent UX for end users to report issues in our mobile app or sending feature requests. Quick customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabug?

Survey support is a bit underdeveloped - we're using other surveys tools because of that which is a pity and decreases value of Instabug for us. It's also a bit expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instabug solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting end-user feedback (this eliminates negative App/Play Store reviews to some extent), easy issue reporting from our QA team. We also use surveys to some extent, but lacking possibility to integrate it with our analytics and necessity to request answers along with user IDs to be able to connect the dots with analytics is currently a blocker for us. What do you like best about Instabug?

We started using Instabug at early stages of product development and testing. It was super easy to report bugs, issues or improvements as they go straight to Jira. Developers liked it as it is way faster to debug and find out what is wrong. Sometimes they 'shake it' even for themselves while developing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabug?

Very minor thing. "The shakes" go to Slack and Jira. Slack is the easiest and fastest way to see it. Would be great it Slack message about new bug had Jira link attatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instabug solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed while reporting, easy access to logs and screenshots or screen recordings. In this way we can get easy and fast feedback from more people than usually. As the "shake to report" feature is a lifesaver for non quality assurance profesionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instabug?

We can filter and manage all feedback from our users, filter them by country and dates and even tag them. Exporting all of this data helps us make graphics and decisions about our app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabug?

We cannot see the complete journey of the user when they submit feedback to us. The screen of the steps, when a user reports a Bug, of the steps they followed before submitting the input is empty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instabug?

The instant bug reporting with screenshots and video recording

Crash rate monitoring and screen performance.

Also, sharing surveys and requesting the user to rate the app on the store helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabug?

Limitations in adding more team members or the apps, and sometimes the report screens are delayed even if we have received the reported bug.

Chatting with the users over the bug report needs to be more convenient and integrated with Slack for examble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keep up monitoring our release health and crash rate, and if there is any new crash introduced in last release, it helps in filtering the crash per first seen, in addition to enabling the app users to report video records for complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Instabug?

It keeps my developers happy as they get the metadata they need; it can naturally capture screenshots of what was happening in the app before the ticket was submitted is a nice bonus. I also like having multiple environments for our various applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instabug?

I want to be able to utilize canned responses and have a better mobile experience. I frequently have to respond to support requests while I am away from my computer, and instabug does not have a great experience for that at our pricing tier. What do you like best about Instabug?

It's impressive in bug reporting and crash reporting.

What do you like best about Instabug?

Instabug is an easy way to obtain the necessary information to solve customer issues quickly. Without it we would struggle to get the information we need from non-technical users, and would be unable to determine the correct root cause of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a way to remotely request a bug report from a specific device, as some of our non-technical customers still struggle with sending a bug report or just don't want to take the time to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
