I want to be able to utilize canned responses and have a better mobile experience. I frequently have to respond to support requests while I am away from my computer, and instabug does not have a great experience for that at our pricing tier. and 2nd thing is we can connect instabug with JIRA so we can easily manage the support stuff without any human resource like we can talk with user and every step i take on the ticket user can also see and track

i dont see any downside but i found an bug a year ago while my manager assigned me on an project due to users limit it wont allow me to access Insta project but my question atleast i get some appropriate error so i can tell the manager to remove other and add me again.
