I have been using inriver for some time now, and overall, I am very satisfied with the platform. We encountered challenges related to initial setup, because of how our existing data and Magento pages were configured. We expected that this step would take a while but it ended up taking us the good part of a year to get the data entered and ready to go. When you have made a massive query and want to sort the result, its not possible in the UX.
