The percentage of SMS delivery is normally higher than 97% and very fast and what's most important: they have direct phone lines which generates trust for our company. The choice of words for the menu name is a bit confusing, like the "moment" menu which means to create a new campaign, why isn't it called a campaign? Beside that the menu name and the url for those menu is different, the menu name is "moment" but the url name is "https://portal.infobip.com/communications/".
The date format keep changing and confusing. In communications dashboard section, Initial campaign setting, and the campaign preview before sending, format date is different, why not use this date format: day-month-year (5-Ags-20)?
It would be great if you could add the delivery date and time for the campaigns that have already been sent as well in the communications dashboard.
Top Up process that not automatic making it less convenient for users.

Easy to use and options to be integrated with other tools which makes sending messages easier based on user activities and triggers. Works like a CRM tool and have a good interface. Overall smooth experience and the tools is quite stable. The pricing is a bit high and it adds up very quickly. It could be customised depending on the number of features a customer is using or could be packaged in a better way. Also, not all data is available for extraction, there are some restrictions in place in terms of what types of data and how much data can be extracted which can be improved easily.
