**What do you like best about Infobip?**

The best feature is how messages can be sent in a quick and reliable manner. Pricing is simple and their own documentation is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

Be careful on the off chance when the bill is higher than the one that is generated by the original network. The estimation can sometimes be sketchy. Occasionally, the are delays in message conveyance, but they are very rare.

**Recommendations to others considering Infobip:**

The customer support for this product is excellent, an important thing to make such services operational. Presently, there is an intuitive dashboard that shows you almost everything that you will like to know and analyze. It helps within sending bulk audio and instant messages.

**What do you like best about Infobip?**

The API is anything but difficult to fathom henceforth usage part is quite smooth when contrasted with other comparative programming projects. You can have diverse mechanized reaction for various functionalities at moderately less expensive costs when contrasted with other comparable administrations like Twilio. We utilize Plivo for the most part for its SMS API. 

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

I've utilized their open source Ruby SDK keeping in mind it works OK, it had a little bug which I needed to contribute the fix back to, yet as I discovered the library doesn't have test scope so it wasn't extremely clear to bounce on. The estimating is a touch of an issue.

**What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In such instruments one vital implied thing is the client support, without that doesn't make a difference how great the quality is, making it work would be excruciating. We need to keep our clients connected with and educated about the items accessible on our stage.
