Llevo 8 años trabajando con influencers y gracias a esta herramienta que llevo usando por casi 2 años he podido tomar mejores decisiones, he podido brindar un servicio a mis marcas mucho más completo que antes y lo agradecen. Me tomó tiempo elegir una plataforma, luego de probar varias y esta realmente la recomiendo por todos los servicios que ofrecen y además por que tiene una usabilidad muy amigable. Antes tenían más artículos sobre temas relacionados al mundo del marketing en su blog, creo que sería muy bueno ir subiendo contenido interesante contingente en relación a el marketing digital, inteligencia artificial, todas las temáticas que están en voga y que nos involucran a todos y para cualquier mercado. Me gusta que es muy sencilla e intuitiva.

Arroja la data más importante de los perfiles analizados.

Permite conocer los promedios de distintas métricas a analizar.

También me gusta que te da buen soporte técnico y comercial con las dudas que se tienen de la herramienta.

Lo uso a diario para poder hacer reportes y analizar algunos inlfuencers en el mercado para poder proponer mejores etsrategias.

Me gustaría que Influencity ofreciera acceso a datos de más plataformas, como Twitter, para tener una visión aún más completa del rendimiento de los influencers. También sería genial poder personalizar los reportes con el branding de nuestra agencia, lo que facilitaría la presentación de resultados a clientes de manera más profesional. In some cases Influencer agencies do the same thing. Influencity is a great tool for initial research for influencers but once connection has been made and you have an ongoing relationship with an influencer and their representation and/or agencies, influencity can become an afterthought or extra step since you can get similar data from the companies that you are working with already. It was a bit hard to get the hang of it but once you get used to it, you won't have any problems. Even though you have a problem, there are customer support where willing to hop onto a 1-on-1 meeting and guide you accordingly to solve it right away. I have been enjoying it! It is a real budget friendly complete marketing influencer tool, for my organization it took a while to decide between a wide range of options including hypeauditor and upfluence, however influencity showed the best value result apreciation and what we loved the most is the kind follow up from the Strategy Director & VP Sales Alejandro Concejero, who was a key point for us to decide to purchase.
