What I like most about Infegy is that it provides great condensations of a large amount of data. Being able to see overall sentiment, themes, etc. from a query is pretty great! I don't like that the demographics section isn't reliable since it's self reported by users, makes me feel like it shouldn't even be included in the tabs. In Infegy, I like how many channels are in their data set. The robust amount of sources is super impressive. I love the user friendly UI in Infegy as it makes it easy to navigate. The LexisNexis integration is also great to have for print. Last but not least, our customer support manager Shawna Harvey is so supportive and always available when needed. There's a ton of resources, but this time I needed Morgan's help figuring out why a StarScape query wasn't loading and she took the time to go through options making it super easy for me to duplicate on my end finding a solution to my query trouble. It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well. It's so helpful to understand the sentiment of a product or topic and udnerstand the ins and outs of how it's viewed by real people in real time. The Infegy platform is highly intuitive, and the training modules are very specific, succinct and actionable. We partnered with Infegy to introduce our market research students to the powers of social listening. Morgan and Henry provided excellent support and guidance that inspired our students toward some impressive work. Students were able to go from zero knowledge to a strong level of proficiency in just a few hours. The full range of sources provide meaningful insights into consumer conversations and views. We implemented Infegy for social listening. We've found it to be tremendously helpful in surfacing brand mentions, competitor insights, and conversations around topics. Once we learned how to use the filters and searches, Infegy has empowered us to improve our social insights. We now use the tool weekly. It's an essential part of our social offering. Infegy does have limitations. It has difficulty crawling Facebook. While it can crawl LinkedIn for brand/page mentions, it's not intuitive.
