There seem to be two tiers of InEvent - one that's incredibly versatile with the ability to white label everything, or one that's very user friendly for small organizations to plug and play. We were working on a very tight timeline, and were able to get everything we needed done given the ability to plug and play and adjust as needed. Customer service is AMAZING. I'm a virtual show builder. Inevent offers the broadest range of out-of-the-box options and integrations. Period. It is also my go-to platform if you do multiple shows per year. Although integrating your preferred CRM or marketing software isn't always critical, Inevent offers HUGE value without having to dive into custom API issues and budget spend.
