Indigitall está repleto de funcionalidades, desde hace 3 años que implementamos sus modulos de push web y live chat y la verdad es que han superado siempre nuestras espectativas al ser un servicio que constantemente está ofreciendo nuevas funciones y características.

Hemos logrado mejorar la productividad del equipo de atención al cliente al conectar con nuestros clientes de manera más oportuna, y sobre todo nos han abierto la posibilidad de hacer remarketing a traves de todo el customer journey, de esta forma nos es más fácil abordar a prospectos y clientes en momentos especificos de su navegación.

En nuestro departamento siempre están llegando nuevos agentes que pudieran no estár tan familiarizados con herramientas de software, sin embargo para ellos el proceso de aprender a navegar y trabajar con Indigitall no parece representar una curva de aprendizaje agresiva sino todo lo contrario, lo cual es de aplaudir. Hemos usado Indigitall desde hace un par de meses en mi equipo y hemos logrado levantar los OR que teníamos ya que eran muy bajos en comparación con lo que tenemos hoy.

Hemos logrado automatizar buena parte de los procesos tipicos que llevabamos mediante flujos automatizados, de ese modo podemos concentrarnos en pulir las estrategias de marketing.
