I like the usability of the indigitall tool, as it is an intuitive platform with easy access and use. Additionally, the support is the best; I feel that my voice is always heard and managed in a very timely manner according to the need.

**What do you dislike about indigitall?**

Integration tests. A more integrated environment to perform tests and understand error cases. The integration of the SDK has been complex for us since there is one behavior in a controlled version and another when it is scaled up. The load of sending messages collapses the connection.

I use indigitall for sending transactional confirmation pushes. Solve immediate communication problems, provide more content, and reduce costs.

One of the main problems with Indigitall is that, being such a comprehensive and technical platform, it may require a considerable learning curve for new users or small teams without experience in automation or digital marketing. Additionally, if you don't properly configure the segmentations or flows, you run the risk of overwhelming your audience with irrelevant messages.

Now, how does that benefit you? Well, if you are a journalist at Sport, this gives you an advantage: it forces you to think strategically about how, when, and to whom your content reaches. It makes you more aware of the value of each message, and if you dedicate a little time to mastering the tool, you can stand out by sending exactly what your readers want to read, at the perfect moment. What I like most about Indigitall is its ease of use, the high level of delivery and reliability of the system in both Push and SMS, and the close and timely technical support when needed. The interface is clear and allows you to create, segment, and send SMS in very few steps. Both Push and SMS have a fast and consistent delivery rate. Additionally, we have achieved several automations and advanced segmentation, and the technical team is always available. The initial setup was super simple, and it was implemented in less than a month.

I would like to perhaps strengthen the reports or reports that the tool gives us.

Segmentation in push notifications is much more refined. Currently, it not only includes demographic data but also behaviors, browsing, types of devices/browser, geolocation, and churn prediction. This is really interesting as it allows for a shift from generic sending to much more useful triggers. 
Additionally, the integration is now much clearer with journeys and connectors.

For all artificial intelligence functions to work optimally, it is important to have well-structured data. Therefore, I believe that something that can be improved is the predictive maturity of AI for companies where their data might not be so solid.

I use indigitall for mass sending of text messages and push notifications for my marketing campaigns daily. What I like is that it shows me detailed metrics of the campaigns I have sent and allows me to have the history of all my campaigns. This helps me understand how many people read or click on the messages, know which ones are more appealing, and at what time it is best to send campaigns. The initial setup was very simple, and the indigitall team is always attentive in case we have questions. I really think it is a good work tool.

I would like that when presenting the metrics, there are no errors and I could have the visual immediately. In text messages, sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to display the statistics. I want the numbers to be shown in real time and in a more detailed way, not just those who clicked, like the time they opened the message, from which device it was, and if they returned to the text message at any additional time.
