What do you like best about Incogneato?

What do you like best about Incogneato?

Anonymity feature is the only feature for which I love it. It collect feadback and responses from user and employess without revealing their identity. That make it more genuine. Everyone can give genuine feadback without any hesitation. And from the implementer perspective it is so easy to build a feadback link in just one click and share it through mail to empolyee for thier feadback. What do you dislike about Incogneato?

Everything is awesome. Till Now I have not fasecd any issue in creating a feedback form. Or have not got any issue in feadbook box by the users. The only thing that can be improved is it UI. It look like it was build by the beginner developer. Not that much intractive UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Incogneato solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee/Customer used to hesitae in charing thier feedback. Now they give genuine feedback easily without worring about there identity leakage. These feadback helps us in improving the issue faced by them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Incogneato?

There are a few things. I love how easy it is to set up a feedback box. It NEVER reveal who sent the feedback, but if they leave an email, we can follow up anonymously, thats the best feature of incogneato. We used Incogneato for our recent employee engagement survey, and I've also set up a feedback box on our website. Its so easy and simple to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
