We own and run a small business with more than one owner and around fifteen employees. We're small enough that we all have a close relationship with owners and employees. As an owner I've always hated the power inbalance as I prefer to think that we're all working towards a common goal. However I understand that some employees may be reticent when it comes to giving their opinion. It's a fantastic platform for sharing thoughts and opinions on projects and Blue Sky requests. I’ve been using Incogneato at work for a while now, and it’s honestly a great to give feedback without feeling exposed. I can be completely honest about things like our culture or benefits. I love how easy it is to use. I love that you can communicate anonymously with those who have shared feedback or asked questions. I had a great experience with my demo that led my company to use Incogneato as our solution for an anonymous employee suggestion box. I'm sure we will continue to find new ways to use it.
