Easy to use, just a couple of setup and done, everythig automation, just setup and forget it. Their customer support is very friendly and fast to fix my problems. We use the solution to bring in client opportunities for our sales team. We are able to precisely target potential clients in our ICP using the LeadFwd solution.
I have been in the software space for over 25 years and have never used a solution like this until now. I've been using LeadFwd for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for our outreach efforts. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the features. Once I got everything dialed in and setup and got the hang of it, it's become an essential part of my daily workflow.
What I love most is how it brings everything together in one place. From finding new contact details like emails to actually verifying them and engaging with them, it's all there. The AI-powered personalization is pretty impressive too - it's helped me to craft messages at scale that get opens and replies.
Setting it up took some time, I'll be honest. But their documentation is top-notch, and whenever I got stuck, their support team was quick to help. They've got great video tutorials as well, which for a visual learner like me were a lifesaver.
The email system is very mature unlike some newere solutions that I tested. This is crucial for our high-volume outreach. Te fact taht they do not use a fake bot network to "warm up" your email is what sold me. Think about it, what is the reality that Google can not detect a fake bot network, lol get real people. Instead they warm up by sending your real outreach emails in low volume as you get started and then ramp up from there. All naturally and over time. Good things just take time.
One thing to note - like any powerful tool, you need to be careful with the setup. Take your time and dot all of your I's and cross your T's. With this or any other outreach solution getting it set up right is key. The beauty of it is that everything you need is included in the one system. No need to tie together multiple solutions to do outreach. Once you've got it dialed in, it runs like a well-oiled machine.
Overall, if you're serious about optimizing your outreach, I'd definitely recommend giving LeadFwd a shot. It's been a solid investment for us, and the continuous improvements they're making suggest it'll only get better. The solution was easy to integrate but required time and attention to get it right. The online support has consistently been excellent, promptly stepping in to offer assistance, guidance, and resolution whenever needed.
The system seamlessly integrates with several CRM solutions, with Sugar CRM based on my personal experience. Its user-friendly interface has made designing and creating email templates a enjoyable task for me. Emails get delivered for cold marketing campaigns. Most top of funnel services (cold email marketing) either lock your account if you have a couple bounces or nothing gets into the inbox.
They also have great functions for automating and some really cool built-in data, allowing awesome segmentation.

Most of the platform has bugs/issues, that don't seem to get resolved quickly and sometimes reoccur. Support & account management is mediocre at best, they lack a good manual or support materials.
