I can easily create folders organize file and create project structure, which makes it super easy to find the right documents quickly. The best part of iManage work is its search ability. I can search in whole directory with conditional formatting. Outlook integeration is also a plus thing I can manage important emails and attachments directly into their relevant iManage workspace without ever leaving Outlook. Imanage is traditionally a legal centric framework. The resultant logic of file structures and access of information takes some getting used to. Once a user has escaped the box that traditional file systems put our minds in, the operational efficiencies are hard to compete with.
