iManage Work is super safe, like a fortress, so your documents stay safe. It's easy to use on the website and mobile app, and you can get to your documents from the cloud wherever and whenever you need. iManage Work has become essential for how I manage my files and keep up with project communication. I love the flexibility of the workspaces. I can easily create folders organize file and create project structure, which makes it super easy to find the right documents quickly. The best part of iManage work is its search ability. I can search in whole directory with conditional formatting. Outlook integeration is also a plus thing I can manage important emails and attachments directly into their relevant iManage workspace without ever leaving Outlook. Take our client onboarding project, for example. All related emails are automatically organized – proposals, contracts, etc. – without me having to lift a finger." Imanage is traditionally a legal centric framework. The resultant logic of file structures and access of information takes some getting used to. Once a user has escaped the box that traditional file systems put our minds in, the operational efficiencies are hard to compete with.
