Cost for additional services - there are fees associated with some integrations and any code work that is not part of your original contract
AD/SSO needs - do you want your employees to be able to use single sign on and have active directory sync with the platform. If so, how will you execute with your internal IT team
ease of customization - a lot needs to be done by the Igloo team to create the exact workplace you are envisioning
Support levels - know what you need in terms of support and purchase the right support package
Level of education and engagement from employee base
Get executive buy in before purchasing any digital workplace platform
During planning, create a training plan for employees to contribute to your platform
Ask lots of questions before, during and after purchase and implementation
Ensure your IT team is part of the implementation and well versed as well on the platform

We are able to communicate on a firm-wide basis without additional emails. It has also allowed us to create a repository for HR, IT, Finance and Marketing tools while also creating important news feeds for the client facing teams.
