The system does not take changes as fast as it should, and if someone else is on the editing page it will become very difficult to publish what you want to. It also is not user friendly for those who do not have a strong knowledge of web design/html/css. The turnaround for the ticketing system time is also ungodly slow. This is a full featured platform that is simple to learn and easy to manage. The integration with Hawk Search and idev Broadcast email is convenient and proves to be a powerful marketing tool. The ability to quickly create or edit content saves us time and money. Integration with our external inventory system gives our customer a real time window into product availability.
