Ideagen Quality Management "QPulse" software is a brilliant tool in controlling all aspects of quality management with greater detail. It is easy to use and a great software for us to manage all our departmental documents, occurrences, incidents reporting, concessions and regulatory compliance in one centralised place. QPulse capabilities to create and manage documents and reports based on occurrence incidents and workflows is the best. The software allows for detailed workload assignment and tracking of tasks to individuals within the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One major let down of the Ideagen Quality Management software is the below avarage help and assistance from the support team when troublshooting an issue or addressing a bug within the software. Despite all the great features and the capabilietes the product has to offer, the overall support provided by the team is consistently avarage which stops the end user in using the software to its full potential. The Document Control aspects of the system are very intuitive and easy to use.
My team has adopted and adapted to the sytem well, with easy to use and easy to find features. Workflows are easy to develop and customize and the reporting tools have worked well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, the biggest problem is with the company not the product. Since going from a small company in the US to being owned by a larger group in the UK, the service has suffered and the product is now a part of a bigger package that we don't need. Becuase of this there are extra steps and changes that we did not want, but "have to live with" for now.
Imagine if you used Microsoft Excel every day as your primary program, but every time you logged on you had to look at a dashboard trying to upsell Visio or Powerpoint...even though you don't have the purchasing authority to buy them even if you wanted them. Ideagen Quality Management is the first eQMS software that I've used. So far I have enjoyed using it. Their document control and lifecycle system works extremely well.
The one thing that has stood out to me the most is their Help Guide. Any part of the system that I want to learn more about I can find in the Help Guide. It not only describes how things work but also provides examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Ideagen Quality Management.
If I could suggest an improvement it would be to create new employee onboarding training that companies can use to train their employees on using their system. The biggest hassle that we run into is when we do a poor job of training our new employees on the system which leads to them not using it properly and leads to a lot of clean-up. Set up out-of-the-box for basic CA/PA management, and highly customisable, which has allowed us to manage everything from simple customer support calls up to complex, multi-person projects with many controlled stages. The Workload tab is a simple but effective way for staff to monitor their current tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is pretty clunky, and whilst customisable, some things that we have used it for required us to implement complicated workarounds. We did have to put a lot of effort into setting it up in order to get it to do what we wanted. We've also integrated it into our in-house time recording system - to allow us to record time spent on calls and projects managed within Ideagen QM - but to do that we had to build extra tables in the Ideagen database itself, not for the faint-hearted! The system is a powerful storage, tracking, and implimentation tool. I took the advanced training with Josh. Not only was his instruction very clear and concise, but he introduced me to many features and functions that I didn't even know we had. No program can be all things to all people. As I use the system daily, there are, what I would consider, missing features the would be very helpful. BUT, the Ideagen team is very open to suggestions, and take user experiences to heart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is in one place, Ideagen enabled s to have musch better visulisation providing detailed insights into omplex varied elements of our quality control. Ultimetly supporting us to contionusoly improve.
As everything is al i one place, it also enble me to produce reporting for SLT and the baord quicker and easier.
