What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

Within our department we use Q-Pulse.

The ability to compartmentalise areas within Q-Pulse is extremely useful.

The various categories (e.g. Assets, CA/PA) etc allow you to organise categories well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

The downside is the difficulty in getting Q-Pulse accessible on a mobile phone or on the go.

Whilst there are methods to do this, they are difficult to arrange and to jump through the hoops of NHS information governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

It does seem to broadly do what it is supposed to do (in terms of record management) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

Post installation support is awful - slow, unresponsive, needs to be repeatedly chased to get anything done at all.

Some basic functions that you would expect to see from a cloud hosted database solution are missing, for example the ability to restore an accidentally deleted record, the abilty to limit URL access by country (AWS geographic restriction). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

- The software rarely crashes.

- Very easy to use and navigate.

- Software package designed for all ages (16+)

- The customisability of the software to suit individual needs.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

- The initial Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) training can be improved by adding more video tutorials instead of interactive ones in my opinion.

- I am currently not aware of a person who can be contacted for Ideagen Quality Management (Q-Pulse) related problem from Ideagen Quality Management (this information might be with other higher grades of staff).

- Sometimes the software can be slow in running reports (depends on the amount of data I need)

- A small session log out time for all the users in my department.

- I would like to see specific accounts have different allowances/powers such as increased session log out times

Data Integrity Compliance is weak.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

I like that all the modules integrate within each other pretty seamlessly. Customer support will respond to issues, even if their answer is "We can't fix that, it isn't broken" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

I don't like that the program makes me lose my place as I am entering data randomly and very frequently. The user customized fields are difficult to navigate and we have to pay ideagen for any template changes. Other similar software on the market allows the consumer to make changes to a template. What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

We use Ideagen Quality Management to fully control our Integrated Management System. It provides us with a robust document management system which is easy to navigate and provides our team access to all our IMS documentation wherever they are in the world via the web application. We manage our incidents with the CAPA module, where we have bespoke workflows for customer complaints , engineering change requests and employee suggestions. Our calibration and PPM is managed in the assets module which provides a readily accessible calibration / service history of all equipment on site. Finally the audit module makes planning and carrying out audits a breeze. The question bank, populated by Ideagen during the set up process means that our audit team have set of ready prepared questions that they just drag over onto a checklist, which can then be saved for future use.
