What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

The removal or lack of support for custom javascripts. I understand security side but support removal forced use to rework many of our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

The design and subsequent layout is very user friendly, I personally I like that the different modules all have their own search boxes so that your Clipboard and "Mental Clipboard" don't have to keep numbers in them, they can be dumped in each module and referred back to in the future.

I also find the search function across all modules to be very helpful considering the amount of records that my company has created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

I find the Audit module to be difficult to follow in regards to how the months are displayed visually, only the 12 months of the year are visible when the module opens. It has been my experience across various companies and corresponding industries that annaul Audits for example, are often performed after their scheduled date and would therefore not be visible, as an improvement I would reccomend expanding this to include the 3 months both proceeding & following the scheduled Audit month.

I don't believe this would drastically effect the overall layout of the module window as currently there is a "dead space" between the ending of even our longest worded Audit Title until the 12 calendar months are shown.

If it would not be too development and/or CPU intensive I would recommend an algorithim be implemented in to the search function of the Calibration module specifically that includes in the search results potential spelling errors within the Number, as again in my experience, many spelling mistakes are made on calibration labels/mis-interpretations of their spelling & numbering.

For example the Number 053 may be written on a calibration sticker but be mis-interpreted as 058, 038, 088 etc when inputting on to Q-Pulse meaning it will not show up in the results when someone searches for what they have read on the sticker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

I used one of the Ideagen QMS named Q-Pulse for efficient documentation & Risk management during my thesis. I liked document control feature alot, it's very easy, one can create document, inspect the document, can track changes/updates, history of all(cleared/available record) data.

I used this service weekly, for logs/incident responder, performing risk assessment & updating documents for same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

Ideagen should work on their customer support availability, i kind of faced problem to connect with support team.

Enough videos/tutorials are not available for those who is using this platform for 1st time, one need to spend time to figure out the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great product and its relatively easy to use compared to other quality management software. reduces your work by automating your tasks and increases the overall productivity of the system. Helped me to identify and work on parameters causing deviations in process. V7 is still very basic looking, reminds everyone of MS Dos days, In todays World when everyone is used to interactive Apps, URL's and Web pages loading instantly, Q-Pulse looks and feels very dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

Certain aspects including; Stability, Ordering of attachements (Which is random and there is no ordering otions) and Stability of the iPad app cause us a few issues on a regular basis. This leads to rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
