We save a lot of time and effort with the Qualtrax customizable workflows. In comparison to other software products that we use, the level of quality overall, in troubleshooting an issue and with their customer service is top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our Qualtrax system controls more than 300,000 workflows and documents. Periodically, a document gets "stuck" between states, which requires us to put it aside and contact Qualtrax tech support. Tech support always corrects the issue, but it would be more beneficial if we knew how to avoid getting them stuck in the first place or how to fix the issue ourselves. Support is fabulous when there are questions on how to improve your own system specifics. They have done some great training during this COVID time when travel to conferences were cancelled. Qualtrax has made my life as a Quality Manager exponentially better! We approach audits with the confidence that all required documents are a "Click" away. The tools provided in Qualtrax allow for seamless integration of requirements. Corrective Actions, Risk Analysis, Training...All are customizable and connected.
