Quality Management has been able to help us streamline our business practices. Prior to implementing QM we used spreadsheets to track documents, maintenance, non-conformances, etc. The amount of time and effort required to ensure that things were up to date was quite high. Now with QM, we can see at a glance what is due now, a week from now, and later. It has reduced the amount of overdue items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the modules are not quite as fully fledged as others. The customer and supplier modules could be better utilised. There is not much that you can modify in these records. This renders these modules to not much more than a rolodex. It would be useful to be able to track supplier reviews and certificate expirations better in the supplier module for example. At this time, we only use Q-Pulse for Document Control. The ease of use and navigation makes it easy for new users to learn how to use and find their way around the software with minimal instructions. The controls meet all of our regulatory, customer, and corporate needs. Customer Service has always been quick to respond and correct any issues we have come across.
