It delivers the functions it promises, and is reasonably reliable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be hard to find the function you want, as the GUI is very old-fashioned and hard to navigate. It has also gone wrong for no apparent reason, and the support team couldn't tell me why it had happened either. They did manage to fix it though, which was encouraging.
I've had the bewildering experience of upgrading from v6 to v7, for which the written instructions were wholly inadequate - even the support team agreed there was absolutely no way anyone could ever accomplish this without a great deal of support. There was a problem with that too - the support team was pretty over-stretched, resulting in many calls to them which were duly logged and I was promised someone would call me back, but nothing was ever heard so I had to call again (and again, and again!) QMS Software is great have used for over 20 years. VisualFAIR (QPM) i have used since its inception - development and update is slow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The update timeframe and availability of the latest updates for QPM is poor. The connection between QMS and QPM is still an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We enjoy that all internal audits and non-compliances reports are kept in a single centralized system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The activity can be limited by the number of licenses held. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qualtrax automates your quality management process and simplifies all related processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I've found is the number of updates and the headache of having our IT work with their IT to manage them. If you have a hosted, cloud based system, it isn't a problem...it's definitely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary functions of Qpulse are great, CAPA, Audit, Occurrence, Document modules work very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Without training users struggle to grasp the system. The V6/V7 Web user interface is a big improvement on this however Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Document control is better than other systems that are on the market at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not that easy for other work colleagues to communicate with, its a bit clunky in places, it could be more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Q-Pulse does some things very well, especially the Stage > Action hierarchy in CA/PA and Incident. This logic satisfies many different types of issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest complaint we get is having too many clicks to complete an action. I would say small windows as well especially in CAPA trying to read actions and responses is very difficult without double-clicking on the specific action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documents module and CAPA and calibration maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Web version no longer works because won't open documents through google but desktop based version works well, customer and reporting modules are poor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
