What do you like best about Ideagen Quality Management?

Easy to use and implement. Great customer success team who are customer centric with a can do attitude. Reports and Dashboards are great value. Business model with admistative support is a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideagen Quality Management?

Some key features which will enable Qadex to catchup with current day requirement. Even though most of these functionalities are recognised by the internal teams, it talks long time to get it internally scheduled and implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideagen Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Group vendors and customer complaints are manged within Qadex. Capturing, reporting, and publishing data is one of biggest benefit for our organisation. Initially implementing at our core business sector and scaling up successfully to all business sectors at the group. Q-Pulse audit and non-conformance management modules saved us a lot of non-value added time required to manage separate excel spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

upsides easy to navigate, in comparison to the older system.

"time outs" logging users out constantly mid way through updating docs, has caused major issues within our organisation.

the documents tab in the menu needs to be clear as it looks like its hidden and not available.

The menu option is quite basic and could be improved
