Select and copy the detail list and paste it straight into an excel spreadsheet as plain data - instead of having to "export" in a well-decorated spreadsheet that I have to spend extra time to de-format.
The on-site in-person training is very helpful, and the trainer was actually knowledgeable as a RAQA person rather than just a technician. Bugs include but not limited to, not being able to recognise "<", "[" etc in Change Details when advance search. I wish we could have the bug fixed as detected with a relatively small cost, instead of having to purchase an entire system upgrade.

This software is used for quality management to organize data efficiently and effortlessly. We generate enormous data sets at our workplace, and this is an excellent platform we got it. This software not only handles the data with ease but also provides great visualizations that make a lot more sense after the data analysis of the amount we generate.
