The options to create workflows and usuable customized worksheets is endless. It's well organized. Good search capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worksflows are not easy to create. Also the custom reports don't look that good and need alot of manipulation in order to be readable. It would be better if the info could be made into charts & graphs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
