the support team are very helpful. the system is reasonably easy to use. The documents are easy to manage and control. The incident reporting module is excellent. Unfortunately Q Pulse doesnt link in with our NHS Trust systems so we end up double reporting incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Analysis module is really useful for Quality Management but doesnt actually work properly. We have had issues with the system crashing when analysing incidents ie by Fault and Severity. There has been no fix yet. It is difficult to design reports. that part of the system is really awkward to use. QADEX have allowed our company to create, maintain and organise Raw Material Specifications in an effective way. These are easy to review, when submitted by our suppliers, and also easy to access internally as when needed. Multiple users can be set up with different levels of authorisation. There were a couple of points we couldn't include on the Specification Questionaire that QADEX adapted for us. Nutritional Section and Chemical/Physical Standard Parameters. Qadex handle all our SAQ process with our suppliers by way of a questionnaire uploded to our specification. All information for all suppliers is then held centrally for all aspects of the business to connect with.
