Ideagen, formerly Qualtrax, has been our document management system for several years. We have always been able to count on the support staff to troubleshoot issues as they come up and usually receive a resolution within minutes of reaching out. Very reliable software platform. The notification functions are flexible and work well. Personnel section is well thought out, and allows for any needs we have in personnel data elements, permissions and tracking. Workflows also function well, and depth of function on reporting allows us to track processes and data. Would like to use of Ideagen as an intranet website for our agency, allowing various informational posts, links, etc. displayed and linked to other resources. Qadex programmed is flexible and adaptable to accommadate the needs of our business due to the complexility of brands within our business. The first line of tech support provided inaccurate instructions when the installation began. It was indicated that when we upgrade from version 7.1 to 7.4, we would not be required to update the database.
