I like that q-pulse can provide various modules to meet multiple needs. Having a single system helps with staff engagement and means we have single that staff can use to meet their needs. It also opens up the possibility of a crossover of functions - with staff logging in for one purpose and being reminded about other tasks or actions they have outstanding. A single all-encompassing system makes these things easier for us as a laboratory. I also like the friendly and efficient support staff they have! (4 year+ user/administrator of the system). While Q-pulse offers good core functions - some aspects feel old and archaic. It can lack some essential functions you would expect in most comparable systems (such as automated password reset, progressive disclosure, an excellent report-building platform and the ability to interrogate information/reports across modules properly). This leaves gaps in what we need from the system as we can't always get the information we need or adds extra time and effort to try to manipulate the data outside of q-pulse. The modules can seem disjointed; some feel like they are add-ons developed and coded entirely separately from other parts of the system (e.g. functionality or layout in one module is not carried over in others or sometimes missing completely). It's also disappointing that while we have made efforts as a system user to raise suggestions and improvements - these are not taken on board or acknowledged. I remember spending an afternoon talking with Ideagen about ideas, tips and needs. We outlined how some straightforward changes could drastically help all users. I thought it was a very positive and productive meeting - and we were thanked for our insight. The team leading the questioning liked our ideas and saw the benefits. They promised to get back to us. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard of them, and we realised they couldn't commit to improving the system. For these reasons, it sometimes feels that ideagen is not able to listen to users' issues or improvement ideas. Even if they take time to listen, it feels the disjointed way the system was initially developed or coded - means it's too complex or expensive to make meaningful life changes for users. Unfortunately, all of the above gives the impression that the Q-Pulse feels unloved, clunky and outdated - which is a pity as it promises so much! At times the system can be slow, and downloading the information can sometimes can an hour or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Audit module and CAPA Module is very useful. And It is available for offline using. The difficulties is audit report designing and summary report designing. It should be simple. Second difficulty is audit module can not link to safety investigation. What I mean is ( in AUD, we can only attach finding or investigation) .Audit module can not be add both finding and investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have being using Qpulse within company I work for the past 15 years. Our three main uses are to (i) manage process changes within CAPA module, (ii) manage our internal documents within Document Module and (iii) manage our internal audits within Audit Module. The accountability factor of people approving documents / releasing actions / accepting findings is a big plus. Majority of users within company uses desktop version but we are aware web version is also available but our preference was desktop - Ideagen offer a wide range of options to customers.
