Extremely user unfriendly. Not intuitive and not logic at all. Multiple features hidden behind complicated structure. We had to create a guideline for the users as nobody managed to deal with the tool. It had a feature to print out audit reports which suddenly disappeared after an update. Took 2 years to get the feature back in and was sold to us as a great progress. Poor customer support: If we ask for a feature to be implemented, we need to motivate why and still no action is taken. This program makes organizing documents simple. It is easy to see the progress documents are making as they move through the approval cycle, and the electronic sign off is valuable and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Findings raised in the audit module are automatically linked with the action module. The audit module can be used to schedule all the team's activities not just audits and specific titles/headings can be added to reflect that. The ability to create bespoke referencing is useful. Other than my lack of knowledge and skill with the vast array of flexibility with the system, I cannot think of any downside other than some of the report functions and inputting of sources/prefixes is not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Q-pulse links together almost all of our Quality System's requirements, and provides a single resource accessible to all of our departments. Auditing, Non-conforming work and documentation can all be linked together and accessed easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some more functionality with other resources would be helpful. For example the Q-pulse plug-in in Microsoft Word helps keep our word documents up to date, but there is no plug-in available for Excel. This means that Excel files have to be updated manually with Version numbers, active dates etc, and is more likely to lead to errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are easily able to design and automate many of our QMS and buisness processes through the eQMS. This has enabled us to have a jumpstart into building our new laboaratory in the most efficent and paperless way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our biggest complaints are that any changes made to workflow definitions/ responsible parties do not take effect on currant instances. We also enjoyed better/ faster customer service under the Qualtrax team vs the integration into the Ideagen team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
